When Emily Taylor isn’t performing in her own shows she occasionally joins the cast of the popular improvised musical show Spontaneous Broadway. Here she is as her Spontaneous Broadway incarnation “Gossamer Ball”, performing at the Victorian Arts Centre during the 2011 Melbourne International Comedy Festival:

Gossamer Ball (Emily Taylor) and Oberon Saint Jones (Rik Brown) improvise the song “You Go First”, the intital pitch for the subsequent, entirely improvised, musical called “Love Or War”. With inspired piano accompaniment by John Thorn. Performed as part of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival at the Victorian Arts Centre, Friday 15 April 2011. Hosted by Colin Lane.

Gossamer Ball (Emily Taylor) and Anthony Prior (Scott Brennan) improvise the song “Blessed Business”, the intital pitch for the subsequent, entirely improvised musical “The Unhappy Abbey”. With inspired piano accompaniment by John Thorn. Performed as part of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival at the Victorian Arts Centre, Wednesday 13 April 2011. Hosted by Matt Parkinson.
